Musical reading "In Search of the Secret of a Fulfilling Life" with Stephan Falk & Purple Schulz

"Culture in the Pilgrimage Church" presents on 14.11.2026 (7:30 p.m.) a special musical evening with unusual perspectives. In the framework of "Culture in the Pilgrimage Church," journalist and author Stephan Falk will be a guest, reading from his new book "In Search of the Secret of a Fulfilling Life," which was published on 01.09.2026, and will talk with musician Purple Schulz.

Stephan Falk embarks on a long journey and meets eleven extraordinary individuals who share spiritual insights and represent a special path and also central virtues or values through their lives. This creates diverse points of connection and inspiring impulses for those seeking meaning. It is always about the triad of person, place, and spirituality or life theme. What drives us to do something specific, to embark on a new direction? What constitutes life as a whole? And what can be discovered and experienced in these special places?

One of these individuals is Purple Schulz – the German pop singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who has touched generations with hits like "Sehnsucht," "Verliebte Jungs," and "Kleine Seen."

"Stephan Falk asked me really great questions that no one has ever asked me before. This made me think much more intensely about many things," says Purple Schulz and looks forward to a very special and unique evening in Klausen.

A literary-philosophical and musical evening with author Stephan Falk and Purple Schulz, singer, songwriter (1980s hit "Verliebte Jungs"), and multi-instrumentalist. He carries a deep longing for peace and understanding within him. An evening of reading, talk, and live music by Purple Schulz.
