Fountain Festival

The Schützenhaus in Brauneberg will become the venue for the popular fountain festival, where locals and guests can look forward to a cozy get-together in a pleasant atmosphere. Look forward to a variety of regional delicacies, refreshing drinks, and great entertainment in good company. Whether hearty specialties from the grill, homemade treats, or a good glass of Moselle wine – your culinary needs will be well taken care of. The fountain festival offers the perfect opportunity to spend a relaxed day with family and friends, enjoy the summer, and experience the warm atmosphere of Brauneberg.

Saturday

• 5 p.m.: Sparkling wine reception at the Josefsbrunnen in Filzen, opening of the festival by the fountain keepers, greetings from the mayor and our former Moselle wine princess
• 6 p.m.: Tapping of the keg on the festival grounds
• 8 p.m.: Fountain party with the band "CarMa" (free entry)

Sunday

• 10:30 a.m.: Festive service
• 12 p.m.: Lunch
• 1 p.m.: Prize shooting for young & old with subsequent award ceremony (small caliber, air rifle, blowpipe)
• 1 p.m.: Coffee & cake by the "Team vor Ort Filzen" + Women's community Filzen
• 2 p.m.: Tractor ride
• 3:30 p.m.: Performance by the Brauneberg winegrowers' dance group

On both days

• hand-rolled spit roast, homemade shashlik, and much more
• musical entertainment by "Siggi" with his Wersi organ
• noble Brauneberg wines, draft beer, and various non-alcoholic drinks
• 2nd international open tractor meeting, organizers: Güldner friends Mittelmosel
